Pause on European Dispatches

Important Update for Our European and UK Customers

We’re excited to share that our German warehouse is moving to a new and improved facility! This upgrade will help us continue delivering the best possible service to our European and UK customers.

During the transition, dispatches from our German warehouse will be paused from 12 December 2025 until mid-February 2026.

If you’d like your order to be dispatched before the pause, please ensure your order is placed and payment completed by 9:00 a.m. on 12 December 2025. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched once operations resume in the new year.

Please note that orders from our Australian and US warehouses will not be affected.
