About the Book

Mathematics for Australia 2 has been written for the Australian Curriculum, however, can provide an excellent mathematics foundation regardless of the future curriculum of the student. Our aim is to provide the students and teachers an organised record and clear progression of the work and learning throughout the year, but in a fun and engaging resource.

The workbook contains a variety of exercises ranging from basic to advanced, to cater for a range of student abilities and interests. The material is presented in a clear, easy-to-follow style that remains bright and engaging to students.

Important information and key notes are highlighted while worked examples provide step-by-step instructions and relevant explanations at an age-appropriate level. In addition to this, each worked example in the book has a corresponding Watch Listen Learn feature in the associated digital subscription, that features an animated and voiced explanation to boost comprehension. Discussions, Activities, Investigations, and Research exercises are used throughout the chapters to develop understanding and problem-solving skills and to develop cooperation within group activities and independence for individual tasks.

Given the nature of a write-on workbook, digital access via the Snowflake platform is only available with the purchase of a physical copy, and cannot be renewed at the end of its 12-month term.
